Ability to work in a team **Job Responsibilities:** \- Operate concrete component, pavement, or cladding production machines; \- Monitor the production process to ensure components meet established quality standards; \- Perform cleaning and minor preventive maintenance on machines (daily visual inspection routines); \- Other tasks inherent to the role. **Requirements:** \- Experience in similar roles (preferable). \- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail; \- Ability to work in a team.
