What we’re looking for: **Mandatory** \+2 years of professional fullstack development experience; Solid experience in JavaScript, Node.js, and HTML; Practical knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Svelte; Experience with Ruby on Rails in backend contexts; Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL); Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs; Experience using Docker in development environments. **Preferred** Ability to write clean, structured, and sustainable code; Strong understanding of web application architecture; Experience working in teams and collaborative environments; Autonomy, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn; **Desirable** Basic knowledge of DevOps and production deployment processes.
