Main Responsibilities: Management, planning, and execution of content across the company's various social media platforms; Monitoring of metrics and preparation of performance reports; Engagement with the online community, ensuring effective and approachable communication; Technical support for IT-related tasks, including database management, file organization, and optimization of digital processes; Collaboration with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistency in digital communication. Required Profile: Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, among others); Solid IT knowledge and proficiency in using various software and databases; Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset; Excellent command of Portuguese (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English; Creativity, proactivity, and teamwork spirit.
