Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Manager to acquire and promote properties, accompany clients, implement sales strategies, and negotiate deals. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: · Property acquisition and promotion; · Personalized follow-up of seller and buyer clients; · Preparation and implementation of sales strategies; · Negotiation and closing of deals with support from the ERA team; · Achievement of challenging commercial targets. We are looking for someone who: · Has strong argumentation and influencing skills; · Is results-oriented and goal-driven; · Enjoys challenges and does not give up easily; · Holds a driver’s license and owns a vehicle (preferred); · Has or wishes to develop competencies in the commercial field (experience is not mandatory).
