Job Description/Responsibilities: Manage and optimize logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery; Monitor transportation scheduling and guarantee service quality; Supervise, manage, and support the driver team; Negotiate with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms; Prepare performance reports and propose process improvements; Ensure compliance with legal and road safety regulations.
