You will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently by supporting ingredient preparation, space organization, and cleaning—enabling smooth, high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Preparation (Mise en place): Wash, peel, cut, and organize vegetables, meats, and other ingredients. Production Support: Assist chefs and pizzaiolos in plating dishes and finalizing orders. Hygiene and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing utensils and equipment. Goods Receiving: Assist in the proper storage of supplies, adhering to food safety standards (expiration date and temperature control). Collaboration: Work as part of a team to ensure delivery timelines are met.
