You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations by supporting ingredient preparation, workspace organization, and cleaning—enabling seamless, high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Preparation (Mise en place): Wash, peel, cut, and organize vegetables, meats, and other ingredients. Production Support: Assist chefs and pizzaiolos in plating dishes and completing orders. Hygiene and Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing utensils and equipment. Goods Receiving: Assist in proper storage of supplies, adhering to food safety standards (expiry date and temperature control). Collaboration: Work as part of a team to ensure timely order delivery.
