Mission * Collaborate with the construction management team on internal administrative management of elements required to meet stipulated deadlines. What We Are Looking For * Compulsory education; * Knowledge of Technical Drawing – AutoCAD (mandatory); * Microsoft tools (Office, Excel, …); * Preference for knowledge of aluminum systems; * Strong organizational skills, goal orientation, and deadline adherence; * Analytical ability and critical thinking; * Resilience; * Initiative and innovation. Main Responsibilities * Analyze and execute preparation drawings to be attached to Production Orders; * Place material orders; * Prepare all supplementary documentation required for production; * Ensure timely delivery of materials; * Report all instances of missed deadlines or compromised product quality. * Monitor and manage performance indicators; * Generate weekly management support reports.
