Job Summary: An architecture professional to manage projects from licensing to execution, coordinate disciplines, prepare legal documentation, and create 3D modeling. Key Highlights: 1. Full architectural project management 2. Coordination with various disciplines 3. Creation of sketches and 3D modeling Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; * Registered with the Portuguese Order of Architects; * Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD); * Knowledge of Revit; Responsibilities: * Execute and supervise architectural projects from licensing to construction, ensuring adherence to deadlines; * Coordinate with various disciplines involved in ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation \[RJUE, PDM, SCIE, etc.]; * Prepare, submit, and follow up on documentation required for legalization and licensing with competent authorities (suppliers, clients, municipal councils, and other relevant entities); * Develop construction drawings; * Collaborate in preparing tender documents, detailing, finish schedules, and quantity take-offs; * Create sketches and 3D modeling for presenting and discussing proposals with clients; To apply, please send your CV to hr@fo\-engenheiros.com Employment Type: Full-time
