Your main mission will be to coordinate and implement industrial projects that contribute to the efficiency, innovation, and sustainability of the factory operations, ensuring compliance with Nestlé standards. Join this team and come discover Nestlé! **WHAT YOU WILL DO …** * Technically manage industrial projects, ensuring equipment installation and modifications are carried out as planned, taking into account safety, health, and environmental guidelines, as well as Nestlé's standards and TPM methodologies; * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, planning activities and timelines; * Ensure necessary technical and operational training for involved teams; * Manage the project's financial cycle in SAP (purchase orders, receipts, resources); * Monitor investments and costs, ensuring budget compliance; * Ensure project delivery with all required technical documentation for handover to operations; * Manage suppliers and ensure technical and contractual alignment; * Define preventive and corrective maintenance plans for new equipment; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality regulations, and Nestlé standards. **ARE YOU THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR?** * Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Automation, Electronics, Industrial Management, or related fields; * Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management; * Knowledge of SAP, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Office tools; * Knowledge of TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma (a plus); * Proficiency in English (mandatory); * Leadership and team management skills; * Strong results orientation and problem-solving ability; * Good communication and negotiation skills; * Analytical thinking and critical judgment; * Strong awareness of safety in managed tasks; * Flexibility and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
