We invest in technological leadership grounded in service quality and technological solutions, supported by continuous training and certification. **Responsibilities:** * Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders. * Map business processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements and optimizations. * Design functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure correct solution implementation. * Prioritize backlog jointly with Product Owners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Participate in validation sessions, acceptance testing, and go\-live support. * Create and maintain functional documentation, workflows, and user manuals in Jira/Confluence. * Conduct impact analyses and support organizational change management. * Measure and report business metrics and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement. **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or business consulting roles. * Proven experience in projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Proficiency in writing functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Solid knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels. * Results-oriented, autonomous, and responsible mindset. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in highly complex environments. * Collaborative spirit and focus on continuous improvement. **Employee Benefits:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routines * Training and certifications * Employee Support Program (covering 5 areas, including psychology) * Birthday and tenure gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal with attractive offers
