With an unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence, we continuously seek talented professionals who share our passion for building a better future. **The Opportunity:** We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team in **Lisbon** and play a pivotal role in an exciting large-scale project with significant geotechnical focus. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a challenging project, directly contributing to the development of vital regional infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary point of contact for the Project Director, ensuring effective communication regarding incidents, progress, and any deviations from the plan. * Organize and conduct periodic project definition and monitoring meetings, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders. * Coordinate and supervise technical teams, providing clear guidance and ensuring efficient task execution. * Define, develop, and review all technical documentation associated with the project, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards. * Prepare and present detailed monthly reports on project progress, performance, and any identified challenges. * Implement rigorous project cost control, monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, and proposing corrective actions. * Manage, review, and continuously update the project database with results from site investigations, laboratory tests, inspections, and geotechnical analyses, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. * Ensure continuous project oversight from conception through to completion, anticipating and mitigating risks. * Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure harmonious integration of all project aspects. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering with specialization in Geotechnics, Engineering Geology, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ proven professional experience in project management roles, preferably within civil engineering and/or geotechnical environments. * Solid experience in large-scale civil infrastructure projects, with in-depth knowledge of planning, execution, and control phases. * Strong expertise in geotechnics and its practical applications in infrastructure projects. * Demonstrated ability in project cost and budget management. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in project management tools and relevant software. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written).
