To strengthen our Administrative team in Lisbon, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Administrative Technician \| Internship \+ TALENTO, who wishes to deepen their knowledge of the labor market, provide services to the industry, and develop new competencies in multidisciplinary teams.
**What you need to succeed:**

* Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Sense of responsibility in task execution.

* Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships.
* Enjoyment of teamwork and flexibility.

**Main Responsibilities and Tasks:**
* Customer service.
* Receiving and delivering customer equipment.
* Recording and processing customer information/equipment in CATIM’s internal technical support database across multiple units.
* Organizing and managing administrative processes inherent to the area of activity.
* Liaising with other support areas such as accounting, treasury, and billing.
