




About the Role We’re looking for a professional to develop, implement, and manage the Annual Learning \& Development Plan at Zumub. You will design and coordinate training programs (in\-person, online, and hybrid), manage the e\-learning platform, and analyze training data. This position also involves creating learning content, organizing internal events and engagement initiatives, and supporting onboarding and career development processes. You’ll ensure compliance with labor legislation, monitor KPIs, and act as an advisor to managers and employees on learning\-related matters.
