We already understand that there isn't just one way to make things work, that each of our employees has unique characteristics, and that to work as a team, we really need to get to know each other. **Who are we looking for?** Technical Content Writer **Main responsibilities:** * Creation, review, and maintenance of technical and functional documentation; * Development of user manuals, installation guides, quick reference guides, and other support materials; * Collaboration with technical and functional teams to gather and validate information; * Support in defining templates and best practices for documentation; * Ensuring consistency, clarity, and up-to-date documentation. **Skills:** * Between 5 to 8 years of experience in similar roles. * Proven experience in creating technical and functional documentation within a corporate environment; * Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with excellent written communication skills; * Experience using documentation tools (e.g., Word, Confluence); * Ability to organize and structure content clearly and accessibly; * Rigor in reviewing and validating document content; * Experience in the financial/banking sector is a plus. **Work arrangement:** Hybrid (3 days per week at the office in Lisbon).
