Requirements: * English C1 * Lead by example with 6\+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development, demonstrating deep technical expertise and mentoring capabilities. * Apply 3\+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead, guiding engineering teams through architectural decisions and delivery execution. * Architect and maintain scalable backend services serverless technologies, ensuring performance and reliability. * Experience with Kubernetes * Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code in Node.js, leveraging both JavaScript and TypeScript to support maintainability and team collaboration. * Design and evolve RESTful APIs and microservices, aligning with best practices for modularity and scalability. * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and deliver impactful features that meet business goals. * Code quality through rigorous testing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement of development standards. * Monitor and optimize application performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements in scalability and reliability. * Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the team. Nice to Have * Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js to support full\-stack initiatives. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for streamlined deployment and automation. * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform to support scalable and maintainable cloud infrastructure. * Cloud experience (GCP/AWS) Primary Skills: JavaScript Node.js RESTful APIs Kubernetes Secondary Skills: React Next.js GitHub/ GitLab IaC tools Cloud development * Location will be Braga, and the working model will be on\-site/hybrid.
