We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team. **RESPONSABILITIES** * Collaborate with Business Units to define, prioritize and develop projects in line with budget constraints. * Plan and manage projects, including defining and meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks, in coordination with project team members. * Analyze financial data, including project budgets, risks and resource allocation. * Provide clear visibility on project progress to stakeholders. * Monitor and measure project success and outcomes. * Ensure that project management and quality control methodologies in use are properly applied. * Guarantee that all required project artefacts and deliverables are produced and delivered, including documentation. * Contribute to continuous improvement within the organization by identifying situations that may lead to errors, reporting issues, and proposing improvement solutions whenever possible. **QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management or a related field (preferred) * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, within a technology project management environment. * Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence. * Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments will be considered a strong differentiating factor. * Experience in the Telecommunications sector (preferred). * Experience in system architecture design (preferred). * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. * **Availability to work in a hybrid model** (2\-3 days a week at the Lisbon office). **WHAT WE OFFER** * **A Welcoming Workplace:** Enjoy our newly renovated office in Alcântara, designed for a dynamic, friendly, and multidisciplinary team. * **Work\-Life Balance:** We offer a hybrid and flexible work model, respecting both your professional and personal time. * **Professional Development:** We are committed to helping you grow and achieve your goals.
