Leadership, organization, and process control responsibilities A leading company in the food sector, with facilities in Sintra, is looking for a **Production Manager** for immediate integration into its team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** The candidate will be responsible for: * Joining the HACCP team; * Organizing and supervising section staff; * Managing team vacation scheduling; * Executing the production plan; * Ensuring good hygiene practices, manufacturing procedures, and work instructions; * Verifying section sanitation and staff personal hygiene; * Ensuring proper equipment operation; * Checking the quality of produced goods; * Coordinating production, filling, and molding; * Implementing new processes and updating operational procedures; * Controlling and verifying section records. **PROFILE** * Experience in food industrial production roles; * Leadership and team organization capabilities; * Knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety; * Dynamism, proactivity, and results orientation; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. **WE OFFER** * Indefinite-term employment contract; * Base salary \+ meal allowance; * Rotating shift schedule; * Workplace location: Sintra; An excellent opportunity for professionals wishing to join an experienced team and contribute to production efficiency and quality.
