Active collaboration with the team and partners to ensure deadlines and quality Job Opening: Architect – Development of Projects for Licensing and Expansion About the Opportunity: We are strengthening our team with an Architect responsible for developing and executing licensing projects at municipal councils, as well as driving company expansion. We seek a dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial vision and the ability to manage all phases of the project process—from the preliminary study through to obtaining the housing license. Main Responsibilities: Development of preliminary studies and presentation of architectural solutions; Participation in client meetings to ensure alignment of expectations and requirements; Preparation and submission of technical architecture and specialty projects for municipal council licensing; Coordination and supervision of the various project phases: Phase 01: Preliminary Study Phase 02: Architecture and Specialty Licensing Phase 03: Execution Project Phase 04: Housing License \+ Final Drawings Active collaboration with the internal team and external partners to ensure deadlines and quality; Contribution to the company’s expansion and innovation strategy. Work Arrangement: On-site Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience, plus project-based bonuses. What We Value: Degree in Architecture; Familiarity with applicable Portuguese legislation; Proven experience in licensing projects; Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and ArchiCAD; Basic knowledge of LSF / steel structure construction systems; Proactivity, dynamism, and teamwork spirit; Strong presentation and communication skills; Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with the company.
