Where masculine forms are used, it is solely for textual conciseness.* **Job Description** * As the saying goes, a first good impression lasts forever—and fortunately, you are the first person our guests meet, and they’re in good hands with you. * From sunset until sunrise, you’ll be responsible for welcoming our guests and monitoring their stay. * Like a caring mother, you’ll go above and beyond to ensure warm, personalized welcomes: preparing arrivals, handling check-in and check-out (for both individual and group guests), managing last-minute reservations, answering our calls, and processing guest requests. * Deliver high-quality follow-up: manage guests appropriately and share information directly with your management team (incidents, complaints, feedback, or guest comments). * You manage and are accountable for your cash drawer; you also verify all existing accounts. * You check all hotel cash registers and correct the balance if needed. * You modify, process, and track guest invoices. * You ensure daily closing procedures are completed. * You actively participate in marketing Mama’s services and enjoy promoting our shop (product sales and merchandising), our restaurant, and all events. * The guest experience must be flawless—and you are its sponsor. **Qualifications** **IS THIS ROLE FOR YOU?
