We invest in technological leadership grounded in service quality and technological solutions, supported by continuous training and certification. **Senior Systems Administrator** ------------------------------------ **Minimum Experience:** 8 years ### **Main Responsibilities** * Administration and maintenance of Microsoft and Linux infrastructures; * Management of VMware vSphere/vCenter environments; * Administration of storage/SAN systems; * Management of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP; * Implementation of security measures and monitoring; * Support for operation and evolution of the technological infrastructure. ### **Technical Requirements** * Proven experience with Linux, MS Windows, and VMware; * Experience with storage/SAN systems; * Knowledge of networking and IP addressing; * Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or similar); * Security knowledge (Firewall, VPN, Antivirus, and Encryption); * Experience in Azure Cloud environments is a plus. ### **Personal Competencies** * Strong communication skills; * Organizational ability and autonomy; * Strong analytical and incident resolution capabilities; * Fluency in English (spoken and written). **Benefits for Employees:** * Health insurance * Flexibility in organizational routines * Training and certifications * Employee Support Program (covering 5 areas, including psychology) * Birthday and seniority gifts * Monthly Happy Hour * Benefits Portal with attractive offers
