Organized and team-oriented work environment Livestock Worker – Pig Farming Alcobaça, Portugal **Position Information** Location: Municipality of Alcobaça Remuneration: €1,000 gross/month + Meal Allowance Schedule: 40 hours per week Contract: To be defined Multiple openings. **About the Company** Sabores do Malhado is a company dedicated to high-quality pig farming, committed to product excellence and animal welfare. We invest in the development of our teams and in a safe and organized work environment. **Job Description** We are seeking workers to join our pig farming production team. The role involves daily animal monitoring and facility maintenance, with machinery support for physically demanding tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in moving pigs between barns according to their age stage * Cleaning and washing production barns * Assist in herd vaccination programs * Loading pigs and piglets onto transport vehicles * Removal of deceased animals from facilities * Compliance with hygiene, biosecurity, and animal welfare standards **Required Profile** * Ability to perform moderate physical effort (lifting loads up to 30 kg) * Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork orientation * Prior experience in pig farming or livestock is valued but not mandatory * Availability to work in rural and animal production environments * Category B driver’s license (preferred) **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing company * Machinery support for physically demanding tasks * Organized and team-oriented work environment * Initial training for candidates without prior experience **How to Apply** Send your CV to Sabores do Malhado’s recruitment email.
