




ROLE: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in the food supplements industry. Assist in the formulation and development of new dietary supplement products, ensuring proper ingredient selection, nutritional value, safety, and regulatory compliance. Support innovation projects focused on improving existing products, testing new ingredients, and developing alternative supplement formats. Contribute creative and innovative ideas to enhance the company’s product portfolio and address consumer needs. Assist in product testing, sensory evaluations, and quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards. Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, testing procedures, and project progress. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Strong understanding of nutrition, dietary supplements, and food science principles. Familiarity with formulation processes, ingredient sourcing, and product development. Basic laboratory skills for testing and quality control activities. Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
