Job Summary: We are seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to develop and execute effective communication strategies, shape the organization's image, and inform and engage stakeholders. Continuing its growth trajectory, we are seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist (M/F) for Lisbon (Alcântara): ***Scope of Work:*** Join a global team focused on expanding the company’s global business by developing and executing effective communication strategies for internal and external audiences. Help shape the organization’s image, reputation, and values, while informing, engaging, and influencing various stakeholders. ***Responsibilities:*** * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, as needed; * Manage terminal social media channels (Instagram) and the respective website, under direct supervision; * Partner with the creative team to develop creative briefs aligned with the objectives of all advertising campaigns and audience-targeted communications, including print, digital, and audiovisual materials; * Manage content and updates across customer and employee touchpoints, define budgetary guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional support to commercial teams. * Present proposals and final deliverables to internal and external teams; * Prepare presentations highlighting the features and advantages of our ports to promote their use by regional businesses. * Prepare, implement, promote, and support all commercial, corporate, and internal events, as required; * Support the organization of email marketing campaigns (Connection Magazine, flyers, newsflashes, and advertorials); * Update various platforms with relevant industry news; * Collaborate with the team to identify and implement initiatives to promote the Yilport brand, including campaign management, online information sharing, promotion management, advertising, institutional materials, and website management. * Prepare internal communications originating from various departments and ensure their dissemination across the Group’s companies and terminals globally. ***Profile:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Marketing Management, or a related field. * Additional training in Digital Marketing or Corporate Communication is an advantage. * Professional experience of 3–5 years in the field (preferred); * Experience managing corporate social media and websites (preferred); * Experience creating content for diverse audiences (customers, employees, partners, and management). * Excellent writing and editing skills in Portuguese. * Strong command of English (essential, as this role is part of a global team). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong organizational skills and high sense of responsibility. **WHAT WE OFFER:** Birthday leave; Health insurance; If you believe you are the ideal candidate, apply now and take one step closer to joining our team.
