Join a team driven by **purpose, scientific rigor, ethics, and commitment to health**. **Together, we care better.** #### **YOUR ROLE AT MEDINFAR** As an **Orders \& Logistics Support Technician**, you will independently and integrally manage relationships with assigned customers, ensuring high service levels, resolution of complex situations, and regulatory compliance throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain. #### **HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?** * Processing orders and related logistics documentation for shipping medicines abroad (in accordance with customer requirements and destination country). * Managing a portfolio of customers (key accounts, hospitals, specific markets), delivering personalized and efficient customer support—particularly in complaint management—to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. * Acting as the focal point between customers and internal departments (Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial). * Monitoring service KPIs (OTIF, SLA, lead times) and proposing improvement actions. * Contributing to continuous process improvement and procedure reviews. * Supporting external audits and official inspections. #### **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade), preferably with a technical administrative background aligned with this role. * Knowledge of order processing within the supply chain. * Fluent English (mandatory). * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Communication and stakeholder relationship management. * Prioritization and decision-making capabilities. * Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy. * Process-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. #### **WHY MEDINFAR?** Because here you’ll find more than just a professional challenge.
