You will provide technical leadership for data engineering on Azure Databricks. Own the design and implementation of complex data pipelines and high‑quality data products, establish engineering standards, and mentor engineers. **THE SKILLS** To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you: * 7\+ years in data engineering; * strong hands\-on experience with hyperscalers and Databricks. * Proven experience designing and delivering scalable pipelines (batch/streaming), incremental processing, and curated data layers (Medallion architecture). * Strong Python and SQL skills, with proven experience optimizing Spark jobs (including partitioning, caching and cluster tuning). * Experience with modern DataOps/DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring and alerting, and Azure DevOps/GitHub workflows and dbt. * Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams. * Fluency in English. **THE BENEFITS** What’s in for you? * **The People!
