#### **Your Day-to-Day**
* Perform goods control by verifying quantities on delivery notes and checker counts, validating supplier delivery notes for direct orders and transit orders, identifying incidents, checking product labels, issuing letters of dispute in case of discrepancies between received goods and delivery notes, and performing automatic stock verification for all goods entering and leaving the receiving area;
* Organize and manage daily receiving planning, appropriately managing section workflows;
* Organize and follow up on defined documentation, ensuring the existence and authenticity of all required documents, archiving all necessary documents for receiving management, monitoring administrative procedures, and collaborating with Supplier Accounting to transfer all documentation (invoices, time sheets, disputes) and supporting resolution of discrepancies in files;
* Maintain order and cleanliness in the receiving area, also controlling goods and unauthorized personnel access to receiving, and identifying delayed orders;
* Ensure administrative procedures for all goods inbound and outbound circuits, guaranteeing reverse logistics procedures;
* Ensure rigor and legality of all documentation required to accompany dispatched goods;
* Keep existing tracking files in the area updated.
#### **Who We Are Looking For**
* Secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent;
* Knowledge and operation of cargo handling equipment (preferred);
* Good computer skills from an end-user perspective;
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
* Ability to withstand stress;
* Organizational ability and sense of responsibility;
* Initiative and proactivity.
