Job Summary: Verisure is strengthening its team with a DIY Operator (M/F) to analyze and resolve technical incidents related to alarms, remotely program devices, and support customers. We are seeking to strengthen our team with a **DIY Operator (M/F)** at our headquarters in Algés. ### **Role:** * Analyze technical incident situations involving alarm devices (e.g., supervision issues, low battery) and other scenarios; * Escalate incidents when resolution via telephone is not possible; * Send batteries, circuit boards, remote controls, and keys to customers; * Remotely program devices. ### **Profile:** * Completed secondary education; * Good computer skills, particularly in Office applications: Word and Excel; * Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center department, preferably in technical support, regardless of product or service; * Good knowledge of English; * Required competencies: customer orientation; motivation for results; teamwork; * Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., from Tuesday to Saturday. ### **Offer:** * Inclusive work environment; * We value diversity; * Employment contract with a market-leading and growing company; * Competitive salary conditions; * Training; * Birthday day off; * Health insurance; * Partnerships/Agreements with other companies.
