Job Summary: Mobile Operations Coordinator to strengthen the Engineering team, responsible for planning, supervising fieldwork, and managing teams on telecommunications projects. Key Highlights: 1. In line with this growth strategy, we aim to hire a **Mobile Operations Coordinator** to reinforce the Engineering team, with the following responsibilities: Main Responsibilities: * Planning, requisitioning resources and materials; * Aligning plans with third parties, notably entities/landlords managing the spaces where telecommunications base stations will be installed; * Supervising work until completion, maintaining daily activity logs, managing project teams—including tracking working hours and output; * Preparing reports for management and calculating bonuses for teams achieving defined objectives. Technical Requirements: * General knowledge of mobile network architecture; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing telecommunications projects—particularly indoor coverage and team coordination; * Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Behavioral and leadership skills; * Creativity in planning, resolving technical constraints, and adapting plans to new situations; * Ability to quickly adapt to database tools and production logging systems; * Capacity to work under pressure to meet objectives set by Top Management. **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * Collaborative and motivating work environment; * Additional benefits, such as health insurance.
