Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, raking leaves, and performing other maintenance tasks. Wash, clean, and refill all equipment after use. Maintain flowerbeds, hanging baskets, and potted plants by watering, weeding, pruning, and performing other tasks. Empty and bag all debris from outdoor trash receptacles. Preserve the appearance of fountains, planters, and other fixtures by cleaning, replacing, or repairing them. Maintain the appearance and safety of sidewalks, walkways, paths, or parking lots by filling cracks and holes and performing other repairs. Operate tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies. Follow and implement all chain-wide safety policies and procedures; report maintenance issues, accident hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and obtain necessary certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Respect confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company property. Support all colleagues and treat them with dignity and respect. Support the team in achieving shared goals. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
