Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2\.5 billion euros in 2023\. **Job Description** We are looking for an **IT Security \& Compliance Specialist** to help promote a strong **IT Security and Compliance culture** across the business. This role is ideal for a professional who is not necessarily very senior, but who has the right skills and mindset to influence the organization and ensure alignment between security, risk management and business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and update **Information Security Policies and Procedures**. * Implement and manage **security policies**, ensuring adoption across business areas. * Actively contribute to **Risk Management, Information Management, Business Continuity and GDPR** initiatives. * Develop, implement and monitor **IT Security controls**. * Perform **Threat Monitoring and Detection**, in collaboration with technical teams. * Define, track and report **security KPIs**. * Conduct **regular internal audits**, not limited to IT, covering other business processes. * Promote **IT Security training and awareness** initiatives. * Manage **Compliance and Governance** activities, ensuring alignment with regulations and standards. * Execute a **SAP Security review project**. * Propose continuous improvements to the **existing security framework**. * Support **Disaster Recovery Planning** initiatives. * Participate in **security incident response** activities. **Qualifications** * 2\-3 years of experience in **IT Security and Compliance** or a similar role. * Solid understanding of **computer systems, networks and cybersecurity technologies**. * Experience or strong exposure to **IT Security, Risk, Compliance and Governance**. * Familiarity with **security regulations and standards**, such as **GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001** (or similar). * Experience in defining and executing **security controls**. * Ability to work in complex enterprise environments (e.g. **SAP Security**). * **CISO certification** is considered a plus (not mandatory).
