Job Description As a Team Manager, in addition to building your own client portfolio, your responsibilities will include: - Recruiting, building, and managing a sales team; - Guiding the team to achieve objectives aimed at improving people's quality of life through protection and savings solutions; - Supporting consultants with technical training; - Conducting commercial meetings and training sessions for the team.
