This role is ideal for professionals with experience in business analysis within complex environments, solid knowledge of banking accounting, and the ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in Business Analyst roles. * Solid knowledge of **general accounting** and/or **banking accounting**. * Knowledge of **banking products** and/or **financial markets products** (capital markets). * Advanced **Excel** (data analysis, reporting, and modeling). * Strong **analytical skills** and **attention to detail**. * Experience in **gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications**. * Excellent **communication** and **stakeholder management** skills. * Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
