We are the TÜV SÜD Group. **Expert in Systems and Diagnostics** We seek a professional with a solid background in mechanics and advanced diagnostics to join our technical training team. The primary objective of this role is to administer high-level training programs targeting: Mechanics, Workshop Foremen, and Diagnostic Technicians. **Key Responsibilities:** * Technical program administration: Deliver training plans covering mechanics, electronics, propulsion systems (combustion, EV/PHEV), and new automotive technologies. * Practical training: Equip technicians with skills to use diagnostic tools, interpret electrical schematics, follow complex repair protocols, and operate specialized workshop machinery. * Workshop workflow optimization: Teach work methodologies that improve *"First Time Fix"* (repair on first attempt) and productivity efficiency at the workstation. * Coaching and assessment: Evaluate technical competencies acquired by participants and propose reinforcement plans according to identified needs. Content updating: Collaborate in adapting workshop manuals and training materials based on the latest technical bulletins and brand releases. * **Desired Profile** * Industry experience: Demonstrable prior experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Specialist, or Technical Trainer (minimum 3–5 years in an official or multi-brand workshop environment). * Pedagogical skills: Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner. Capability to manage groups both in classroom settings and directly on vehicles. * Advanced technical knowledge: Proficiency in engine management systems, networks (CAN\-Bus, LIN\-Bus), active/passive safety systems, and preferably certifications in high-voltage systems for electric vehicles. * Professionalism: We seek a problem-solving oriented (*troubleshooting*) individual who is highly organized and passionate about technological evolution in the industry.
