Responsibilities: Comprehensive management of a portfolio of condominiums Preparation, organization, and facilitation of condominium meetings Technical and administrative support for condominiums Supplier management and oversight of interventions Assistance and support to residents Resolution of incidents and conflict management Payment and receipt control Requirements: Experience in condominium management (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory) Experience with Gecond software (preferred) Knowledge of KeyInvoice (valued) Valid driver's license (mandatory) Strong oral and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Empathy, courtesy, and strong customer orientation Conflict management and decision-making ability Organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of responsibility Stress resilience and ability to meet deadlines Team spirit and eagerness to learn Additional Assets: Good written and spoken English Negotiation skills Proactivity and initiative Ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in using digital tools Residence in the municipality of Vila Franca de Xira Desired Profile: High sense of commitment and responsibility Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality Ease in handling demanding situations and dynamic environments Availability to conduct condominium meetings outside regular working hours (mandatory) Availability to work Saturday mornings We Offer: Integration into a motivated team with a positive work environment Above-average salary conditions, commensurate with proven experience Additional remuneration for participation in condominium meetings Autonomy in work management
