From studios and galleries to transmission and OTT workflows, this team ensures world\-class production quality and reliability for millions of fans across the globe. **The Role** From managing the daily operations to supporting all aspects of live tv studio and the production gallery, you’ll be key in keeping DAZN up to a world\-class standard. The primary purpose of this role is to support the operational teams in the delivery of production rich programming for our OTT product. You will work with the wider team to make sure event planning is conducted in a way that delivers the best possible output with the highest levels of redundancy. You will be the main liaison between our production teams and our service provider ensuring that the correct workflows are in place and correct facilities booked for each project. You will be analysing the use of the facilities within the global estate and assessing and advising how we can maximise utilisation and become more efficient. As in individual contributor, you must have previous experience working in a live broadcast or OTT environment and be well\-versed in the technical and production requirements of live and non\-live content making. You will also have to establish and maintain relationships with other DAZN offices and with across a spectrum of collaborators and suppliers. This role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks!### **What You'll Be Doing:** * Liaise with the whole DAZN Operations team in Madrid (Bookings Coordinator / Postproduction Coordinator / PCR operator) and with external technical and operational staff. * Work closely with the operation \& production teams to overview and improve the needed personal and equipment resources in the whole Operations processes and areas. * Assist with the acquisition of freelance PCR and Technical Assistants * Elaborate ROTA for DAZN Production Operations staff * Coordinate any last\-minute production changes as well as technical needs and feeds for the DAZN Spain Team. * Responsible that highlights, shoulder content, GFX, etc are available for Production and Operation Teams in the live production gallery in a timely manner being the liaison with local and global Resources Services, Content Services and Production Services. * Pre\-Planning and organization of all live and non\-live content needed in the live production on both on\-prem and virtual galleries. * Production Operations representative in all linear channels matters and broadcast partners relationships as well as in new linear projects. * Assist DAZN Content from Operations perspective when using live streaming and off platforms. * Be available to support the live delivery of events. * Willingness to work unsocial hours which may include weekends and evenings. * Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). ### **What You'll Bring:** * Ability to work under pressure coupled with working to tight deadlines in a production or transmission environment. * Ability to set priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity. * Teamwork and collaboration skills to accomplish a task or achieve a goal within a group. * Communication – Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across a diverse group of people. * A deep understanding of Operations and Production processes of content production for OTT distribution. * Good understanding of running orders and commercial formats * Proven experience in TV Production, Sports and the broadcast environment with up\-to\-date knowledge of broadcast technical equipment and how it all fits together. * Previous use of scheduling systems * Be well\-versed in cloud base production technologies and bonded cellular solutions. * Working with new media, encoding and streaming technologies (SRT, NDI) ### **Benefits** Benefits include access to DAZN, medical insurance, daily meal allowance paid through a meal card, refer a friend scheme, learning and development resources, opportunity for hybrid working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.### **About DAZN** At DAZN, we bring ambition to life.
