Opportunities for professional growth We are recruiting a **Java Fullstack Developer** (m/f) to strengthen our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid mode. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields (mandatory); * Minimum of 3 years of experience in web development (including client-side, server-side, and database functionality); * Experience with Java, React or Next.js, and frameworks such as Spring Boot or Quarkus; * Experience designing and developing Web APIs (preferably REST); * Experience with PostgreSQL and agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban); * Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker (preferred); * Experience with microservices architectures (preferred); * Training in Web Accessibility (preferred); * Experience in projects with public administration (preferred). **What we offer:** * Flexibility in work arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring plan; * Participation in projects with innovative technology and international scope; * Competitive remuneration aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday day off and referral bonus.
