




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the HR Directorate in optimizing processes, managing suppliers, and controlling budgets, thereby contributing to employee well-being. Contribution to employee benefits and initiatives We are recruiting for the Human Resources sector an Administrative Assistant to support the Directorate in optimizing processes, managing suppliers, and controlling budgets. You will contribute to the smooth execution of employee initiatives and benefits. Your Responsibilities - Support the Human Resources Directorate in preparing documents, announcements, and project management; - Research, evaluate, and recommend suppliers to reduce costs and meet business needs; - Manage the procurement process, including purchase order preparation and supplier follow-up; - Ensure compliance with standards and procedures in purchasing and supplier evaluation processes; - Act as liaison with the Procurement Center, Mission Unit, and Insurance Management; - Manage employee benefits, including administrative fleet and telecommunications. What You Must Provide - This position requires submission of a valid criminal record certificate; - Completion of secondary education (12th grade) is mandatory; - Experience in fleet management, insurance, event organization and management, and internal communication is highly valued; - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; - Proficiency in computer systems and effective written and spoken Portuguese communication; - Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday; - Ability to work in a demanding environment with some pressure. What We Offer - Base salary: €1000.00; - Meal allowance: €9.00; - Temporary project with indefinite duration.
