Job Summary: ADP Fertilizantes is recruiting a Work Preparation Technician for Maintenance, responsible for interpreting technical drawings, organizing materials, and controlling quality. Excellent working environment ADP Fertilizantes is currently recruiting for the position of Work Preparation Technician \- Structural Engineering Area (m/f), to join the Maintenance Department at our Alverca Production Unit. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Interpreting structural and boiler-making technical drawings (assemblies, sections, views, and details) * Identifying and sorting materials according to drawing specifications and ERP orders * Assisting in the organization and receipt of spare parts into the warehouse * Performing visual and dimensional quality control of received materials * Working in compliance with technical, safety, and environmental standards **What we are looking for:** * Secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent qualification * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * Proven experience in heavy or light boiler-making/metalworking * Knowledge of measuring instruments (calipers, squares, etc.) * Skill in marking and layout of metal components * Basic knowledge of metal cutting and machining processes (desirable) * Familiarity with materials, specifications, and compatibility requirements based on applications * Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems, Office applications (Word, Excel), and CAD * Preparation of descriptive reports and specification documents * Experience: minimum of 3 years performing functions related to industrial activities (preferred) **Behavioral profile:** * Attention to detail * Organizational skills and proactivity * Commitment to deadlines and quality * Ability to work effectively in a team **What we offer:** Immediate start; continuous training; competitive salary package and current social benefits; excellent working environment; integration into a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
