




Job Summary: Fleet Analyst responsible for managing reservations, organizing vehicles, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Good working conditions and social benefits **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across all stations to ensure each station has the vehicles selected by customers, in optimal operational and presentation condition; * Organize the station so that vehicles are parked by group, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers; * Coordinate and authorize vehicle relocations, generate transfer slips, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, of scheduled relocations; * Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-referencing with existing computerized records; * Report mechanical issues reported by customers upon vehicle return, assess the vehicle’s condition, request towing, forward it to the workshop, verify mileage and fuel level, and issue refueling instructions if required; * Activate on the platform the indication that vehicles are ready for dispatch, notifying subcontracted staff to position the vehicles appropriately in the parking area; * Ensure all vehicles carry the documents required to comply with legal requirements and internal policies; * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining specific vehicle features and addressing questions as needed; * Perform vehicle check-in upon customer returns, inspecting and recording any damages; * Record fuel receipts generated by Sixt on the platform for cost control; * Monthly analyze the fuel report, cross-check data against recorded entries to detect and correct errors; * Submit monthly information regarding Via Verde devices per station for inventory control; * Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services about scheduled maintenance, rendering them unavailable for rental, and notify subcontracted staff to forward them to the workshop; * Carry out other tasks not specified above, essential to achieving objectives and ensuring Sixt’s smooth operations. **Profile** ---------- * Minimum mandatory education (12th grade); * Minimum one year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge; * English language proficiency; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Class B driver’s license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable Group, currently implementing multiple growth initiatives; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Genuine career progression opportunities, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; * Good working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
