




We are looking for a Treasury Manager (m/f) to join our finance team and take on a central role in managing and optimizing the company's cash flows. We seek a rigorous, analytical professional with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of ensuring daily financial control, liquidity management, and compliance with banking obligations, actively contributing to the organization's financial efficiency and sustainability. Main Responsibilities Ensure efficient management of the company's treasury, guaranteeing necessary liquidity for operations, fulfillment of financial obligations, and reliability of Cash Flow information. Responsible for planning, controlling, and executing financial transactions, as well as optimizing banking relationships and implementing sound internal control practices. Plan, control, and execute daily treasury cash flows. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure balance accuracy. Ensure timely processing of payments and collections. Support control of expenses, advances, and internal reimbursements. Prepare treasury reports and forecasts (short, medium, and long-term). Maintain operational relationships with banking institutions. Manage credit lines, bank guarantees, and financial terms. Ensure proper authorization and security of banking access. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in treasury roles, preferably within legal services or consulting firms. Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial management tools. **Experience with accounting/ERP software (e.g.:** NAV (preferred), PHC, Primavera, SAP). High level of accuracy, professional ethics, and confidentiality. Strong analytical and financial planning skills. Good organizational abilities and attention to detail.
