This role will play a key part in coordinating strategic initiatives—including financial transformation projects and integration of new entities into the Group—ensuring alignment across teams, operational efficiency, and quality of financial information. The objective is to ensure successful delivery of projects within defined timelines and with positive impact on global financial processes. **2] RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of the financial and transformation project portfolio. * Identification, design, and prioritization of process improvement and automation initiatives. * Impact analysis and dependency management across projects and stakeholders. * Participation in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) projects, including support in target company assessment, definition of accounting structures, and integration monitoring. * Coordination with teams across different geographical locations, ensuring consistency and efficiency of local financial processes. * Continuous analysis and optimization of existing financial processes. * Development and updating of policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Oversight of solution implementation and performance monitoring. **Profile** **3] COMPETENCIES** * Experience in project management or transformation environments (PMO, consulting, or equivalent). * Knowledge of SAP. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). * Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory). * Strong analytical capability and problem-solving orientation. * Good organizational skills and effective priority management. * Clear communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. * Adaptability and capacity to work in dynamic, international environments. **4] QUALIFICATIONS** * Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or related field. * Experience: 2–3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, transformation projects, or project management–related roles. Experience in M&A projects is highly valued. Experience in the banking or real estate sector will be considered an advantage.
