Key Responsibilities Bar Service * Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, and house recommendations with high attention to presentation and detail * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the bar area * Create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, promoting comfort for guests * Manage inventory, restocking, and communicate operational needs * Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety standards Reception and Guest Service * Greet and welcome guests in a close, attentive, and personalized manner * Provide information about hotel services, operating hours, and internal policies * Recommend restaurants, local experiences, and activities suited to each guest's profile * Support check-in and check-out processes whenever necessary * Handle special requests and potential complaints with empathy, discretion, and professionalism Desired Profile * Previous experience in bar operations and/or customer service roles * Strong orientation toward personalized service and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and polished presentation * Team spirit, proactivity, and sense of responsibility * Knowledge of foreign languages, with English being highly valued * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays) Type of Position * Full-time contract * Work schedule: Rotating shifts Benefits * Transportation allowance Job Type: Full-time Pay: 1,000.00€ - 1,100.00€ per month Work Location: In person
