You will contribute to a strategic initiative to modernize and simplify the IT landscape by developing a new Business Process Management (BPM) application on top of SAP pension administration systems. The goal is to optimize core processes, improve customer experience, and build a future-ready digital platform. **Responsibilities** * Develop scalable and high-quality OutSystems solutions in complex IT environments * Participate in the design and architecture of future solutions, ensuring reusability and efficient maintainability * Integrate applications with multiple internal systems (customer administration, digital channels, CRM, output processes) * Work in international, agile, DevOps, and collaborative teams * Guide and support colleagues, promoting best practices and technical team growth * Contribute critical thinking and constructive solutions to technical challenges * Participate in agile ceremonies and technical delivery reviews **Mandatory Requirements** * Higher education degree (HBO/WO) * Minimum 5 years of experience with OutSystems * Experience coaching colleagues and developing sustainable architectures * Experience with complex integrations (APIs) and simple business processes (BPTs) * Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Interest in or experience within the financial sector **Languages** * Fluent English **Location** * Portugal **Work Model** * Remote
