Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization Zumub seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to join the Operations and Logistics team, assuming responsibility for coordinating daily operational activities and ensuring efficiency in order receipt, preparation, and dispatch processes, as well as supporting the achievement of defined operational objectives. FUNCTION Coordinate daily operational team activities; Ensure proper issuance and management of transport documents; Guarantee goods receipt, verification, organization, and dispatch; Monitor compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and established deadlines; Support priority management and resolution of operational issues; Foster a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization; Perform additional tasks necessary for smooth operational functioning. REQUIREMENTS Minimum secondary education (12th grade); Good user-level computer skills; Basic English knowledge; Experience in logistics, warehousing, or similar operational roles (preferred); Experience in team coordination or leadership (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Efficiency in execution and high work capacity; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, initiative, and leadership spirit.
