(PAVIGESA) is a Cordoban company with over 40 years of experience in the precast concrete and terrazzo flooring industry, requiring immediate recruitment for its commercial department in Portugal. Candidates must lead commercial strategies and activities in the Lisbon area and surrounding regions, identifying business opportunities and maintaining direct, fluid communication with clients. We seek a proactive individual with strong client acquisition capabilities; daily responsibilities include sales management, maintaining solid commercial relationships, site visits, technical advisory services, and continuous training. The candidate will be provided with a company mobile phone and vehicle to perform their duties. Key **responsibilities** include: * **Sales:** Actively sell and negotiate with construction industry clients to increase sales volume and market share. This requires prescription visits and product presentations to contractors, developers, architecture and engineering firms, municipal councils, and any other entities that can facilitate client acquisition and retention. * **Client Relations:** Establish and maintain excellent client relationships by providing professional advisory services and ensuring client satisfaction. * **Commercial Management:** Develop and implement account acquisition and product/service promotion strategies aligned with corporate marketing and communication objectives; monitor sales performance; prepare proposals; conduct commercial negotiations; and sign contracts within assigned territories, etc. * **Objective-Based Work:** Work proactively and results-oriented, achieving established sales and profitability targets. **Requirements**: * Languages: Fluent Portuguese and Spanish. * Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and account management for precast concrete and terrazzo products in the Lisbon area and surrounding regions. * Knowledge of the construction industry and market trends. * Strong client relationship and professional advisory skills. * Ability to work under pressure and focus on results. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
