Job Description: * Prepare studies/budgets for proposals; * Analyze specifications in tender programs, terms of reference, projects, and bills of quantities; * Identify and contact subcontractors and suppliers based on defined studies and projects; * Responsible for preparing technical and economic proposals; * Interact with suppliers, installers, and subcontractors; * Liaise with potential clients.
