Required Profile * Strong ability to read, interpret, and implement technical drawings; * Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, 3D software, AutoCAD, and Project; * Excellent planning and organizational skills; * Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Team spirit. Other Information Main Responsibilities: * Supervision and coordination of construction projects; * Team coordination; * Determination of material, equipment, and labor quantities; * Schedule control; * Preparation and measurement of project documentation, as required by site management; * Conducting execution measurements for construction works to prepare measurement certificates; * Proposing alternative solutions to the project that may improve the final profitability of the project.
