We are experiencing strong expansion in Southern Europe, particularly in Portugal.** **We provide innovative, high-quality security solutions for homes and businesses, and we are committed to excellence in customer service and continuous improvement of our services.** **We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team in Lisbon (Bobadela).** **Responsibilities:** * Calculation and validation of commercial commissions; * Analysis and monitoring of commercial KPIs; * Creation and updating of performance reports; * Support in managing commercial programs and initiatives; * Commercial performance analysis; * Analysis of margins and discounts; * Monitoring of sales teams regarding achieved targets/boosters; * Updating and maintaining supporting Excel files; * Updating and maintaining Power BI dashboards; * Managing and processing operational emails; * Sending and tracking forms related to commercial initiatives; * Updating PowerPoint presentations; * Verifying and monitoring delayed Work Orders; * Operational and analytical support to the Business Controller. **Requirements:** * Strong Excel skills (mandatory); * Knowledge of Power BI and CRM is valued but not mandatory; * Degree in Management or Economics; * English language skills are valued. **We Offer:** * Integration into a dynamic and growing team; * Integration into a young team; * Direct contact with commercial indicators and performance; * Continuous training and opportunities for internal advancement; * Initial salary between €1200 and €1300; * After onboarding, 2 days of remote work per week.
