Job Summary: We are seeking a Hardware Technician to support and ensure that Information Technologies and Systems meet customers' daily needs, with a focus on technical support and infrastructure management. We are selecting candidates meeting the following requirements: * Completed secondary education (12th grade) with training in IT or Information Systems; * Experience in IT and structured network management; * Skills in developing technical documentation; * Enthusiasm for challenges and problem-solving; * Interest in and ability to interact with people beyond technology; * Ability to maintain focus, teamwork, and positive attitude under pressure; * Initiative to step out of your comfort zone and willingness to learn more; * Valid driver's license. Job Description: * Support and ensure that Information Technologies and Systems meet customers' daily needs; * Implement, optimize, and adapt processes by gathering technical, functional, and operational requirements; * Ensure security levels for access, backups, and firewalls; * Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers; * Troubleshooting (PCs, printers, Windows OS, networking equipment, etc.); * Install and configure IT equipment at both software and hardware levels; * Monitor performance and maintain service levels; * Ensure proper operation, corrective maintenance, and evolutionary maintenance of existing infrastructures and tools; * Extract information from existing systems and generate related reports; * Create/update technical documentation, manuals, and procedures.
